The Home on the Road Program

The Home on the Road Program is available for touring musicians and other traveling artists. Guests may stay up to three nights, provided the artist has at least one scheduled performance at a Northeast Ohio independent venue within that timeframe. All stays are on a first-come, first-reserved status, and reservations are made at the discretion of the Director.

Performer Income/Room Rate *

I attest the performers have an income of less than $11,022 per person over the last three months and therefore qualify for a free stay.
I attest the performers have an income of greater than $11,022 per person over the last three months and therefore agree to pay 5% of our local gig’s guarantee in exchange for our stay at No Surf House. I understand that this fee will be collected at the time of stay and may be paid by cash, debit card, credit card, or Venmo.

HOUSE RULES FOR ALL GUESTS *

I have read and agree to the rules!

Don’t damage the house or its contents. No illegal substances (alcohol and marijuana are legal for adult consumption in Ohio). No tobacco use inside of house (smoking on porches is allowed). Dispose of butts in ashtrays. No weapons. Respect other residents and guests. Maintain the cleanliness of the facility. No pets. Store food in designated areas of kitchen. Only consume food or drinks that you have purchased or that have been designated for the community. Don’t leave laundry in washer or dryer when not running. Do not leave valuables in vehicles; No Surf House assumes no liability. Guests may stay up to three days in a row, provided the artist has at least one scheduled performance at a Northeast Ohio independent venue within that timeframe. At end of stay, place towels and sheets in hallway laundry chute. If plans change, notify No Surf House asap. No call/no shows will be considered a violation of these rules. As your party’s primary contact with No Surf House, you take responsibility for disseminating these rules to other members of your party. Violating any of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of privileges at No Surf House at the discretion of the Director. All rules may be suspended or amended at the discretion of the Director at any time and without notice.
