The Career Kickstart Program

Invest in your career, not your landlord’s retirement.

The Career Kickstart Program will provide early-career Northeast-Ohio-based creatives of any medium annual-term housing in No Surf House, renewable for a total stay of up to three years.

Applicants will be required to submit proof of income at or below 80% of the regional median income and apply through a competitive application process overseen by the No Surf House Board.

We are currently renovating our facility to host the Career Kickstart Program. We expect to initiate this program in spring of 2026. Please join our mailing list so you’ll be the first to know when we’re ready to welcome you home!
